Dear Tech bro please rest before you rest,

In all thy getting, get sleep! Yes, you heard me. Take a break and sleep.
It is shocking to know that a lot of tech bros and tech sis are “walking dead” as statistics have revealed that 7 out of 15 IT workers suddenly collapse and die due to inadequate sleep.
We understand that the world is now a global village and you are trying to take over the world through the tech ecosystem but the ecosystem will only flourish when there are healthy men, alive and agile to run it.
Getting an adequate amount of sleep has over time been consistently linked to productivity in the tech space.
Worried about how to take over the tech ecosystem effectively?
Sleep!! Take a break and take a nap.
Quality sleep equals maximum productivity. Studies have shown that your brain needs sleep even more than your physical body.

During sleep, the brain takes this time to establish and sustain pathways (nerves) that are vital in memory formation and retention. Sleep helps the brain to solidify the memory and what’s a tech bro without a good memory.
It is amazing to know that “mood swings” don’t come with the job as many tech bros get quite cranky while working.
In contrast to public opinion, a tech bro can consistently be in a good mood if he catches the right amount of sleep.
No one gets the right amount of job done by being cranky, this is simply a case of one setting his own pitfalls and attributing it to the next available option.
Getting an adequate amount of rest, not exactly 8 hours of sleep (getting an occasional 8 hours isn’t bad anyway) goes a long way in brightening your day and proportionately increasing productivity as creativity is heightened in the best of moods.
The essence of maximum concentration and proper cognitive function cannot be underestimated in the tech ecosystem.
It is very essential in the tech setting for one not to put off his “thinking cap”. A slight decrease in creativity and inability to keep up with the demands can lead to a greater pitfall for anyone in the ecosystem as the competition increases daily.

Considering the effect of proper cognitive functioning, you should be spurred to take your nap very seriously because a night of inadequate sleep can leave you restless, dull and unproductive the next day at work.
Whether you work remotely or it’s a corporate 9-5, take a conscious effort to turn off your devices, get rid of work and deadlines and sleep. You’ll be amazed to know how much work you can get done when you rise from sleep.
The ecosystem might not need sleep but YOU need sleep. Nothing beats down your productivity at work than inadequate amounts of sleep.
When the going gets tough, the tough take a nap. Staying relevant in the ecosystem requires you to retreat to your bed and arise with new ideas on how to take over the world.
Dear Tech bro, Please SLEEP!
