Center4Tech (Lagos)
Founded in 2014, Center4Tech set out to bridge the technological learning gap for Nigerian children. It has since coached over 7,500 students in 10 Nigerian locations and has received support from top organisations like Google, Union Bank, and other top brands.
There’s an annual ongoing training program “Young Inventors Summer” that you can quickly enrol your child in. It is targeted at primary and secondary school students this summer, the camp hopes to provide your children aged 5 to 19 with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) skills.
The Bootcamp programme includes a variety of courses such as Electronic/Robotics Design and Coding. It is a four-week summer camp that runs from August 1 to August 26, 2022, with a course fee of 60,000-70,000 naira.

Smart Kids Zone (Abuja)
Tech expert, Chinenye Udeh established Smart Girls Tech Program to ensure young girls learn Information and Communications Technology (ICT) during summer and develop their tech skills. Udeh says she intends to contribute to boosting gender parity in technology in Africa’s most populous nation, where less than 20 percent of women are involved in the industry. The school provides classes on robotics, coding and exergaming.

TechQuest (Lagos)
TechQuest was founded in 2018 with the aim of providing the younger generation with modern-day skills required for Africa’s digital emergence. It is a non-profit organisation that provides educational technology content, tools, and resources for the acquisition of ICT knowledge.

Over the past five years, they have organised over 2200 workshops/training programs, impacted over 33,000 young people across the globe and trained 673 STEM educators in 16 states in Nigeria. The team at TechQuest is focused on improving the STEM and digital literacy skills and capabilities in Nigeria, should help reduce inequalities and improve future job opportunities for her citizens.
9jaCodeKids (Port-Harcourt)
At 9jaCodeKids targets kids from the ages 4-16 for summer coding classes in Port-Harcourt. The summer coding classes runs in 2-week batches, with a total of 2 batches at our Port Harcourt Centre at 11 JC Street, Peter Odili Road, Port Harcourt.
You have the option of enrolling your kids for one, or two batches to engage them throughout the summer season. The kids can attend both batches and later move to more advanced concepts. Classes run from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm daily, Mondays to Fridays. Available dates are:

Octigon Code Academy
Octigon Code Academy provides a detailed, well-structured and up-to-date curriculum to effectively stimulate young minds to learn and focus on their areas of interest.

The academy focuses on helping children and teenagers to acquire coding and digital skills. They also collaborate with interested schools to include “coding and digital skills” in their traditional school curriculum.
It runs a five-week summer camp programme that will teach kids aged 7 to 16 years old coding and digital skills, such as how to build websites, apps, and games. The kids will also be introduced to advanced concepts such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Animation, Robotics and many other curriculum fit topics.
