He literally blessed Fatima with 20 missed calls daily for 3 days 🤦♀️until I asked that Fatima allows me to pick up his call.
I remember answering his call and asking what he wants, but he replied saying “please hear me out and allow me explain the truth to you”.
I told him to go ahead, but he replied saying it wasn’t something that could be said on the phone, he mentioned that he needed to speak to Us face to face😏, but I told him that wasn’t going to be possible because we were not ready to see him again, neither were we ready for any face to face explanation.
He was literally begging on the phone and asking that I please hear him out for the sake of God, that was when I felt the need to truly hear this handsome Man out, I was curious to know what exactly he was going to say🤔.
“We are no longer in Abuja, we already travelled back to Lagos”, that was my response to him, but he replied saying, that’s perfect, I will book a flight ticket for Lagos, so we can meet for Nextweek.
I told him that I needed to confirm with Fatima if she is interested, and so he can call back in 1-hour to get her response. That was my final response to him before ending the call.
I spoke to Fatima and it didnt take too much talk to convince her on allowing us to meet Mr Handsome, so we can at least hear his own side of the story before giving our final verdict, as usual Fatima agreed because of the level of trust and confidence we have invested into our relationship.
He called back and I responded to him that he could come, I assured him we will be willing to meet him.
It was just barely 30mins after we spoke when a message dropped in on Fatima’s Telegram, it was a message from Mr Handsome containing his flight information, I really don’t know why he did that though, maybe he wanted us to be sure he was coming, but who cares if he was telling a lie.
Not too long afterwards, Fatima and I stepped out of the house because she needed to stock up on groceries and other items from the nearby Mall.
It was a long shopping, and we bought lots of items, and as you would expect, we also stocked up on chocolate, figs, bananas, avocados and red wine.
While the cashier was scanning our items at the checkout point, this Man walked closer to us in his well-built physique, noticeable broad chest and neatly carved white beards, he kept coming closer till He queued up behind us without saying a word.
The cashier was done scanning our items and she mentioned that our bill was 285,967 Naira. I was about tendering my debit card for payment when the Man behind us said “Cashier, is that all ?” the cashier replied saying “that’s all Sir”.
The Man then looked Fatima and Myself in the eye, he smiled and said “thank you for shopping here today”, you have just won yourself a 100% promotional discount for being the best dressed beautiful ladies in the Mall today.
Fatima and Myself had not recovered from that statement when the cashier handed us the receipt of payment for our items which was paid for by the Man.
He proceeded to help us lift some of our items to the car park.
On our way out of the Mall, Fatima whispered to me saying He doesn’t look like someone who works in the Mall, I quickly asked him what department of the Mall he works in?”, but he replied saying “I don’t work in the Mall, I also came shopping like yourself”
It was at that moment Fatima and Myself realized we had just been shown a mindblowing kind gesture.
We got to where our vehicle was parked, only to realize that the Man had coincidentally parked beside us.
“Mother nature is indeed wonderful in her own way, she makes things work out in such a way that the average human would think its a coincidence” , that was what this Man said when we got to our vehicle.
He opened up his wallet and handed Us a business card and a 100 dollar note each for the both of us, we were both very reluctant to collect the money🤨 until he said “consider it a kind gesture”. That was when I gave Fatima the nod to collect the money.
He said “thanks for accepting the kind gesture, please make use of that to fuel your car, also make sure to call the phone number on the card, so I can know more about what you ladies do and how I can be of value to the both of you”.
Fatima and I said “thank you” accompanied with a smile on our faces and a deep sense of appreciation.
He gave us his name, and we gave him ours after which we said goodbye and zoomed off.
Fatima and myself had lots to talk about on our way back home, and I also reminded her of the forthcoming date with the handsome Man we met at TheCaveManLounge
Fatima only replied saying “okay”, but I asked why such a response, she then replied me with a song, hold on while I play the song.
