Ensure you take a lot of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain fibre which helps to keep you full. It also aids digestion and lowers your risks of having non-communicable diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and heart diseases.

In addition, you can become creative. How does a good smoothie, a good salad or just chilled nicely diced fruits sound?
